[CFS] TeamSpeak Terminations

Hey Fred et al--

I looked at the server and it doesn't show any issues, but who knows.
The physical server shows no problems, and the Teamspeak server has been
running continuously since mid-October. I didn't have much logging
turned on, other than Teamspeak server status.

My two top ideas of what could be happening are:

    * losing link somehow. Router or server dropping sessions or something.
    * some thing or some one is booting (terminating) users. I don't
see any limit on number of users (the system will support
hundreds). The message received is a concern. It sounds like the
message that a user would receive if an administrator or moderator
      used the "kick" command.

So I turned on full logging. It will log every connection, every action,
IP addresses, and certainly any "kicks" and who did it. Hopefully that
will help us zero in on the problem.
